Hasan finished his bachelor of laws at UK and has seven years legal experience in various corporate matters relating to power, energy, renewable energy, infrastructure projects, banking and finance, competition law, telecommunication sector, mobile financial service, taxation and defense procurement (medical aircraft) among others. He also advised a number of international donors, financiers and sponsors in a number of landmark power, energy and infrastructure projects in Bangladesh. He joined the chambers in 2023 and regularly advises in corporate matters.
