Shakila Islam is an Advocate of District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka and a Barrister having been called from the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn, U.K.

Shakila has joined the chambers in December 2020 and has since then been involved in several mergers and acquisitions and advised clients on legal and regulatory compliance issues pertaining to the power, energy and infrastructure sectors as well as employment, company, contractual, intellectual property, banking and finance, taxation and criminal litigation matters.

Besides, Shakila worked as a part-time lecturer at Bhuiyan Academy which is a recognised teaching centre of University of London.
