Sumaiya Binta Tanvir is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a Barrister from the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn, U.K.

Sumaiya joined Alliance Laws in 2019 and has gained significant experience dealing with matters related to arbitration, admiralty, employment, telecommunication, company, contract, land, investment, trust, banking and finance etc.

Besides, she was seconded as the in-house lawyer of Arla Foods Bangladesh Ltd. for a period of 10 months. Prior to joining the firm, she gained 3 years of experience in conducting both civil and criminal litigation in District & Sessions Judge Court.
